adequate but not really good stay
weak shower inadequate air conditioning
i found some aspects lacking. the room's air conditioning struggled to maintain a comfortable temperature at night i often felt too warm even with it set to maximum. the shower pressure was also weaker than i prefer i expect better from a hotel of this category.

excellent stay, some minor issues
comfortable beds kind staff generous space dog friendly
the beds proved very comfortable. kind staff assisted with all requests. the room offered generous space. i found the provided breakfast fabulous with diverse options. the hotel is also dog friendly, a great plus for me. free parking was available on nearby streets, which i appreciated.
I noticed the towels in the bathroom looked quite old and worn. I hope new ones are purchased soon. the room had a small piece of soap for two people and an almost empty tube of shower gel. This was not ideal. the location is not near the city center.

surprisingly great stay!
warm welcome clean rooms helpful staff wonderful aspects
The staff welcomed me warmly upon my late arrival. the cleanliness of the rooms really stood out to me. They kept everything super clean. marta at the reception was especially helpful and always ready to assist, a true asset to the team. i found the 4-star hotel surprisingly wonderful in many aspects.
i noticed the fridge was not working, probably because it wasn't plugged in. it was a minor inconvenience, but still something to note.

the room was spacious. the breakfast included a wide variety of food. the staff was very friendly and helpful (always smiling).
i find it unbelievable that the shower gel and shampoo were not filled up. the air conditioning in the room did not work. the bedsheets consisted of two flat sheets sandwiching the duvet, uncomfortable.
